Che’ (Cheryl) Vyfhuis is a seasoned public relations professional with more than 20 years’ experience and has worked in industries, ranging from Chemical to Information Technology. She started out as an editorial writer at ABC-TV in Chicago and since then has migrated up the ranks at several corporations that include IBM, The Clorox Company, SGI, Cisco Systems and others. She began her career on the West Coast as regional public relations manager for the American Electronics Association in Santa Clara.
Vyfhuis currently is a consultant working on Information Technology, Healthcare and Consumer projects and focuses on Internal & External Communications, Crisis Communications, Media Relations Strategy, Events Planning , and Social Media Networking. A stellar writer with a master’s degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois, Champaign, Vyfhuis also is an author of a motivational book.
